During her 39 years of family law practice, Judith chaired both the National and Provincial Family Law Sections of the Bar Association.  She is a founding member and Past Chair of Collaborative Practice Toronto, and past President of the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation, now The Ontario Association of Collaborative Professionals (OACP), representing Collaborative Practice Groups across Ontario.  Since closing her practice at the end of 2019 Judith continues to work to support more peaceful and affordable resolutions for separating families.  She is currently the Executive Director of both the OACP and the Canadian Association of Collaborative Professionals and is a Member of the Board of Separation Pathways.

In recognition of her years of service and leadership, Judith has received several awards:  the Ontario Bar Association’s Award for Distinguished Service, the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation’s James Macdonald Award; and the Women’s Law Association of Ontario, President’s Award.  Most recently, the Law Society of Ontario presented Judith with the Law Society Medal in recognition of her work in family law.
