Child-Focused Mediation-Arbitration Package

This package is for parents with school-age children and younger ones. The mediator-arbitrator assists parents to create a Parenting Plan that clarifies responsibilities, decision-making, and time spent with each of you. The Mediator-Arbitrator also helps you reach an agreement on child support, taking into account the age(s), activities, education, and any special needs of each child. If there are issues that cannot be resolved with mediation, then the arbitration process begins.

– Up to 9 hours of mediation-arbitration
– Memorandum of Understanding* and/or Arbitral Award
– Client Navigator to support the separation plan
