Child-Focused Mediation Package

This package is for parents with school-age and younger children. The Mediator assists parents to create a Parenting Plan that clarifies responsibilities, decision-making, and time spent with each of you. The Mediator also helps you reach an agreement on child support, taking into account the age(s), activities, education, and any special needs of each child. Once an agreement is reached, the Mediator prepares a Memorandum of Understanding.

BASIC package includes:

– Up to 8 hours of mediation
– Memorandum of Understanding*
– Client Navigator to support the separation plan

*NOT a legally binding separation agreement
