This package combines the two mediation packages above. The Mediator assists parents to create a Parenting Plan, and agree on child support, spousal support, if applicable, and the division of property and other financial issues.

BASIC Package includes:

– Up to 14 hours of mediation
– Memorandum of Understanding*
– Client Navigator to support the separation plan
– Legal review of Memorandum of Understanding
– Separation Agreement
– Assistance completing divorce forms (if applicable)
