Comprehensive Mediation Package*

This package is for co-parents with child and property-related issues to resolve. The mediator assists parents in creating a Parenting Plan that clarifies responsibilities, decision-making, and time spent with each of you, as well as child support. The mediator also assists couples in agreeing on property division of such items as the home, pensions, bank accounts, and other financial issues, as well as spousal support, if applicable. Once an agreement is reached, the Mediator prepares a Memorandum of Understanding that lawyers will then review and turn into a final Separation Agreement.
