Financial/Property Mediation Package

This package is for separating couples without dependent children. The Mediator assists couples to agree on property division of such items as the home, pensions, bank accounts, and other financial issues, as well as spousal support, if applicable. Once an agreement is reached, the Mediator prepares a Memorandum of Understanding that lawyers will then review and turn into a final Separation Agreement.
BASIC Package includes:
– Up to 6 hours of mediation
– Memorandum of Understanding*
– Client Navigator to support the separation plan
*NOT a legally binding separation agreement
