Financial/Property Mediation Package*

This package is for separating couples without dependent children. The Mediator assists couples in agreeing on property division of such items as the home, pensions, bank accounts, and other financial issues, as well as spousal support, if applicable. Once an agreement is reached, the Mediator prepares a Memorandum of Understanding that lawyers will then review and turn into a final Separation Agreement.
