1.1 The Website provides information about family mediation and other related services offered by Separation Pathways.

1.2 Separation Pathways offers family mediation and related services virtually, which are subject to separate terms and conditions outlined in our mediation agreement.

1.3 Separation Pathways only provides legal information. The lawyers who we work with provide independent legal advice in Step 4 – Legal Review.

1.4 Separation Pathways reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services provided on the Website at any time without prior notice.
