Thank you for expressing your interest in joining the Separation Pathways roster of mediators.

We are always interested in hearing from experienced and skilled mediators who can work independently, follow our processes and procedures, and mediate a variety of financial and parenting issues including asset and property division, pensions, business ownership, asset and property division, parenting plans, etc.

You must have your AccFM accreditation from OAFM or be a practicing family lawyer licenced with the LSO.

We work with clients from diverse faith and cultural communities, including folks with mental health and substance use issues, 2SLGBTQ+ couples, and occasionally couples with no contact orders in place.  Our intention is to make couples feel welcome at a time of stress.

If you feel that working with Separation Pathways would be a good fit for your skills, please upload your CV and a redacted comprehensive MOU or mediation report, support calculations, and NFP calculations from a recent case you mediated.

As Separation Pathways becomes better known and request for our services increases, we will look to bring new mediators onto our roster.  As soon as we need additional mediators, we will review the applications we have on file and reach out.
