This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for services provided by Separation Pathways through separationpathways.ca (the “Website”). By using the services provided on the Website, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

  1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Except as provided in paragraph 4 below, you may be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

  • If you have made a payment for services that have not yet been provided by Separation Pathways.
  • If you have made a payment for services that are underway but not yet completed.

2.1 To request a refund, please contact us at admin@separationpathways.ca with your request and provide relevant details, including your name, contact information, and the reason for the refund request.

2.2 We will review your refund request and may request additional information or documentation to process the refund.

2.3 Refunds for services that have not yet been provided will be issued minus a 5% service fee.

2.4 Refunds for services that are underway but not yet completed will be issued at a rate of 50% based on the time not yet used.

2.5 Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

3.1 Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval of the refund request. The exact timeline for receiving the refund may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
